02. PRE-LAUNCH & WAITLIST
NOLA Concept operates through limited, small-batch releases. Joining a waitlist does not constitute a purchase or a guaranteed reservation. Early access is distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. No payments are processed until a checkout is successfully completed during an official launch.
03. PRICING & TECHNICAL ACCURACY
While we strive for perfection, NOLA Concept reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or technical glitches. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
04. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content included on this site—including text, graphics, logos, and specific garment designs—is the exclusive property of NOLA Concept and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our brand assets or designs is strictly prohibited.
05. ARCHIVAL INTEGRITY
We only collect information necessary to facilitate your boutique experience: your email for waitlist communication and sizing preferences for fit optimization. We do not sell your data to third parties.
