01. THE BOUTIQUE WINDOW
To preserve the integrity of our small-batch releases, return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Beyond this window, all pieces are considered part of your permanent collection.
02. QUALITY & INTEGRITY
Items must be returned in original, boutique condition: unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached. Natural fibers are delicate; pieces returned with odors or signs of wear will be returned to the client.
03. REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT
We offer complimentary Store Credit for all eligible returns. For refunds to the original payment method, a 15% restocking fee applies to cover inspection and repacking.
04. RETURN LOGISTICS
Return shipping is the responsibility of the client. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
