01. ARCHIVAL PREPARATION From the workshops, to your wardrobe. Small-batch quality cannot be rushed; please allow 1–2 business days for our team to meticulously inspect, hand-curate, and quality-check your order before it is dispatched.

02. CARRIERS & DISPATCH To ensure your garments are handled with the respect they deserve, we partner with premium shipping services to select the most efficient and secure routing for your location. We offer both Standard (2–5 business days) and Expedited (1–3 business days) transit options across the continental United States.

03. SECURED DISPATCH Every shipment is fully tracked and includes standard insurance to protect your investment. Your unique tracking number will be sent to your inbox the moment your shipping label is generated. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once they have left the workshop.

04. RATES & COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING

• Standard Dispatch (2–5 Days): $8 Flat Rate

• Expedited Dispatch (1–3 Days): $15 Flat Rate

• Boutique Favor: Complimentary Standard Dispatch on all orders over $120.
